I like to travel. Used to paint and write, still live in the 60′s maybe, but my wife and I (and the kids) try to do something about the people of this world that aren’t as lucky as us.

Founded LeaderValues, one of web’s most popular Leadership development resources. Now leading International Markets at dunnhumby and a Visiting Professor (University of Leeds). Was a regional CEO, having spent over 30 years working in Europe, the USA and across Asia Pacific. Used to be a Board Trustee of Save the Children and still involved with our primary school program in Cambodia. Asia is our family “spiritual” home, although we now live back in Europe.

My photography? Mainly use Nikon DSLR or Olympus PEN 4/3rds – and of course the iPhone 4s. All digital for years. Eclectic. Depends on the mood. Usually like to find character if I can. Love colour – but also see strength in form and composition via black and white. Love portraits and drama.

If I have any kind of “vision”, it is about a “sense of place or personality” – what, where, when – in my best stuff.
